Final spurt in the assembly of large pre-treatment system
In the fall of 2017, DECKER received the order to manufacture a large pre-treatment system for Holder GmbH. As time is running out before the start of production for the renowned supplier to the automotive industry, DECKER is already on the finishing line with the assembly and has once again managed to complete a project of considerable scope in a very short space of time. In this case: an elevated system, approx. 70 m long, 15 m wide and 12 m high with 25 stations, in which entire body side panels are cleaned and passivated with active chemical liquid so that optimum adhesion is achieved when the body is assembled.
