Retrofit.

Making existing systems fit for the future.

We make systems fit for the future again

Is your plant getting on in years? Does an increase in production require an adjustment of the plant capacity? Are you planning to relocate your production site? Does your plant technology need tobe adapted to newlegal requirements?

In such cases, you need a reliable partner who takes a holistic view of existing systems and consistently thinks ahead. DECKER supports you with retrofit projects throughout the entire process — from the analysis of the existing system to the technical redesign and implementation during operation. The aim is to further develop existing system technology economically, increase operational reliability and adapt the system to new requirements in the long term. This results in tailor-made solutions that are both technically and economically convincing.

Relocation.

The dismantling and reassembly of sensitive production units and entire systems require perfect planning, timing and technical precision.

Because unplanned production downtime can lead to high additional costs. We take care of your plant relocation with everything that goes with it — so that you can concentrate on your core business. You can rely on our qualified specialists!

Modernization.

If an existing system is outdated, it does not necessarily have to be replaced with modern technology. A system overhaul can be a sensible and economical alternative. After all, buying a new system is not always the best solution: many ageing systems and system components can be brought up to the current state of the art through targeted modernization. This means they will remain in operation for many years to come.

Extension.

You can never have enough power. But what if your existing system can no longer keep pace with increasing capacity requirements? What if you want to map additional procedures or processes? By expanding your surface technology, you can eliminate bottlenecks and increase your efficiency. Our specialists will be happy to assist you, identify the weak points, make recommendations for optimization and show you which specific increases in performance are realistically achievable.

Documentation.

If you make technical changes to an existing system, your documentation must also be adapted. Our experts will do this for you.

Recertification.

In accordance with the European Machinery Directive, systems must bear a CE mark before they can be put into operation. We take care of this for you.

Container construction.

We manufacture plastic and stainless steel containers to your individual requirements. Our range of services extends from production according to your specific requirements through to a complete service that includes on-site recording, technical design, construction, production and assembly or we manufacture according to your requirements.
