Silicon plant for Chinese production.

Industrial plant for the wet chemical surface treatment of metal parts or semiconductors
Semiconductors are components that are usually made of silicon. In mid-October 2020, we were able to pack the cleaning, etching and drying system for silicon produced by DECKER into containers and ship it to our customer in China. It will be at sea for three months before being installed and commissioned by DECKER.
Their purpose: to clean silicon surfaces of particles, etch off metal atoms, chemically polish and finally dry them before manufacturing electronic memory chips and processors. The cleaning result will be less than 5 g of metal per 10,000 tons of silicon.
You can find more information about our silicon systems here.
