Galvanizing drums and units: As individual as our customers‘ requirements
The materials PE 100 to 1000, PP, VA, etc. are used to produce 5‑corner, 6‑corner, 7‑corner and round drums with various perforations in stiffened, plugged, welded or combined designs. The sizes of the drums are optimally adapted to the systems — so you benefit from more internal volume with the same external diameter, optimized flow of the goods through rotation and up to three times the capacity of fan drums.
The rapid exchange of liquid in the barrels results in less chemicals being used in the various electroplating processes, i.e. the intended, reduced carryover reduces water consumption enormously. Furthermore, DECKER drums score points with multiple contacts for excellent power transmission and seamless inner surfaces that prevent parts from getting caught and thus parts jamming.
